Designcamp moonpark has designed an arts complex in Seoul which features a flowing cantilevered roof based on the movement of traditional Korean dancers. It is the Korean practice’s winning entry to create a landmark on the South Korean capital’s Nodeul Island, which is currently divided by an eight-lane motorway that spans the Han River.
